What kind of work is this trimmer best for?

Use it for line-ups, detail work, design work, beard edges and dry shaving where a tight cutting blade matters. The open blade layout gives you a clear view of the cutting edge, which helps when you are placing sharp lines and small design details.

What motor does it run?

Inside is a high-speed rotary motor running at approximately 7,200 strokes per minute. It has the cutting speed you want for crisp outlining without needing to keep tapping at the same section.

What is the M-Force system?

The M-Force system uses magnetic tension instead of a traditional spring set-up. In the hand, the benefit is smoother blade pressure, cleaner cutting and easier blade maintenance because there is no spring assembly fighting you during removal.

Can it be used corded and cordless?

You can use it corded or cordless, which makes sense for a daily shop trimmer. Cordless gives you cleaner movement around the client, while corded use keeps the tool available if the battery runs low.

How long does the battery last?

The lithium-ion battery gives around 100 minutes of runtime. Charge time is not usable from the supplied data, so the safest habit is to return it to the charging stand between clients.

What blade does it use?

You are working with a gold GTX-Z Comfort Edge T-blade. The gold finish is corrosion-resistant, and the deep-tooth cutter gives the blade enough bite for line-ups, beard shaping and design work.

Can it be zero gapped?

Yes, it comes with a factory zero-gap set-up. Still check the blade before client use, because even a factory tight blade needs to feel safe on skin before you start pushing into sharp line work.

Does it have a cutting length range?

A cutting length range does not apply here because this is a fixed-blade trimmer, not an adjustable clipper. For light length control, use the included attachment combs.

What guards are included?

The included combs are 1/16 inch, 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch. In metric, that gives you 1.5 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm and 10 mm for beard work, tidy-ups and controlled short trimming.

Do taper brackets apply to this trimmer?

Taper brackets do not apply to this tool type because it uses a fixed T-blade set-up. Your close-cut control comes from the factory zero-gap blade and the way you handle pressure against the skin.

What comes in the box?

The listed kit includes the trimmer, charging stand, charging adapter, blade oil, cleaning brush, blade guard and four attachment combs. The stand, oil and brush should stay on the station because this is the kind of trimmer that performs best when kept clean and ready.

Shipping to New Zealand

BarberCo ships to all areas of New Zealand via DHL Express. Freight costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.

Please note: We are unable to ship certain dangerous goods to New Zealand, including aerosols and some liquid products. Due to the high cost of international freight, furniture items are generally not cost-effective to ship to NZ — however, sea freight options may be available on request. How does shipping work?

We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.

We offer various delivery options in Australia for standard items which you can select when you checkout to complete your order. For bulky items such as furniture a fixed freight charge may apply. For bulky items the product will display any fixed price shipping charge and this will be added automatically to your order if applicable.

For orders over $350 there is a free freight option which can be selected when checking out. You can also choose express options for faster delivery. Note all prices include GST.

** We offer same day dispatch for orders received before 1:00pm on a normal business day only when Express Priority freight option is selected.** If Regular Delivery option is selected your order normally will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing your order.

We endeavor to carry all standard advertised items in stock, however if there are stock shortfalls preventing immediate dispatch of your order, we will contact you if there will be any extended delays to advise and offer options.

Australia

Our default couriers are TNT Express/Fedex and Australia Post. Once your order is consigned you should receive tracking details via email throughout the journey of your order to its destination. If you do not receive any notifications within a reasonable time of placing your order please email us at info@barberco.com.au quoting your order number to request a personal update.

1. Regular Delivery. For orders under $250 the following charges will apply:

              a. Order value up to $99.99 a charge of $11.95 will apply

              b. Order value $100.00 - $249.99 a charge of $15.95 will apply

              c. Order value $250.00 - $349.99 a charge of $17.95 will apply

Delivery timeframes are between 2 – 6 business days depending on your location. Allow extra time for remote locations.

2. Express Priority. For orders under $250.00 the following charges will apply:

              a. Order value up to - $99.99 a charge of $14.95 will apply

              b. Order value $100.00 - $249.99 a charge of $17.95 will apply

              c. Order value $250.00 - $349.99 a charge of $19.95 will apply

              d. Order value $350.00 and over a charge of $21.95 will apply

Delivery timeframes are between 1 – 4 business days depending on your location. Allow extra time for remote locations.

We reserve the right to recalculate and request extra charges if freight does not calculate within reasonable estimates for bulky items or dangerous goods especially to remote locations.

Some items such as Barber Chairs and like bulky items cannot be purchased on our website directly due to limitations on accurate freight calculations on our website. Please call us on 1300 794 800 or email info@barberco.com.au to request a personal quote on any Barber Chairs and like bulky items.

New Zealand

We ship to all areas in New Zealand. Freight is calculated at checkout and will depend on items purchased.

DHL Express is our chosen freight company. Typically freight times are between 2 – 7 business days depending on your location.

Note we cannot ship dangerous goods such as aerosols and some liquids to New Zealand. It is not cost effective to freight furniture to New Zealand, however we can provide sea freight options on application.

How soon will my order dispatch?

If you order and pay for your order before 1 pm (EST) on a business day and select Express Priority we will dispatch on the same business day, if we are unable to dispatch we will try and let you know ASAP by email. If you require your order by a certain day it is very helpful to us if you put this as a customer note when checking out.

Will I receive notification of my order and receive updates on delivery status?

Once your order is compete you will receive an instant confirmation of your order via email. Please check carefully and advise us of any issues.

You will receive notification once your order is packed and ready for dispatch. From there you should receive several notifications along the journey of your order with the final one being that the order has been delivered. Please advise us immediately if any issues or concerns or you haven’t received any notifications at all since you placed your order. Please also check spam or junk mail if no communications have been received.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

Yes! Many of our popular items have bulk discount. When you open up the page if the product has bulk pricing available it will show this and you can click on this to see what deals are available

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via Visa or Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay or direct deposit. If you select direct deposit you will be emailed an invoice with our bank details on the bottom. If you would like to pay by cash (if picking your parcel up) please select direct deposit as your payment method when checking out.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We don’t have one! If you only want to get a few items just to try us out then you can do that, no problem at all.

I am having trouble registering/checking out.

The most likely explanation is that your username is not unique. We recommend using your email address as this way you can guarantee you will be the only person who selects it, plus it is easier to remember! Otherwise occasionally there is a glitch if there is a browser issue with your computer.
