What does this kit cover in a full service?

This kit covers bulk removal, fades, tapers, line-ups, beard work and foil finishing. The clipper handles the main cut, the trimmer sharpens the detail work, and the shaver takes the finish down to skin.

How are the three tools different?

The clipper is for building the haircut and removing bulk, the trimmer is for outlining and close detail work, and the foil shaver is for smoothing the shortest areas. Used in that order, the kit gives you a proper start-to-finish workflow without needing to mix separate systems.

How long does each tool run?

The clipper runs up to 300 minutes, the trimmer up to 210 minutes, and the shaver up to 180 minutes. That is strong runtime across the full kit, especially if the tools go back on their charging setup between clients.

Can the clipper and trimmer be zero-gapped?

Yes, the clipper and trimmer are zero-gap adjustable. The trimmer uses the EZ-GAP T-Blade system, while the clipper is listed with a zero-gap adjustable blade for closer fade work.

Does the shaver zero-gap as well?

No, zero-gapping does not apply to the foil shaver because it uses a foil system, not an exposed clipper or trimmer blade. Its role is skin-level finishing after the clipper and trimmer have already taken the hair short enough.

What motors are used in the kit?

The clipper and trimmer use brushless rotary motors, with the trimmer listed at 8,200 RPM. The shaver is listed with an 8,000 RPM rotary motor, giving the kit enough power across cutting, detailing and finishing.

Is the kit corded or cordless?

The clipper and trimmer are cordless, while the shaver supports corded and cordless use. Cord length does not apply to the kit because no usable cord length spec is supplied and the main workflow is cordless.

What guards come with it?

The kit includes 11 guards in various sizes. That gives you a broader guard setup for clipper work, while the trimmer and shaver are mainly used for detail and finish rather than guarded cutting.

What comes in the box?

The box includes the clipper, trimmer, SF shaver, charging docks, charging cables, lubricating oils, cleaning brush, blade tools and adapters. That gives you the full charging, maintenance and adjustment setup from day one.

How should I maintain the kit?

Brush the clipper and trimmer blades after each cut and oil them regularly so they keep cutting smoothly. Clean the foil shaver gently and avoid damaging the foil, because a worn or dented foil will affect comfort and closeness.

How does shipping work?

We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand.

We offer various delivery options in Australia for standard items which you can select when you checkout to complete your order. For bulky items such as furniture a fixed freight charge may apply. For bulky items the product will display any fixed price shipping charge and this will be added automatically to your order if applicable.

For orders over $350 there is a free freight option which can be selected when checking out. You can also choose express options for faster delivery. Note all prices include GST.

** We offer same day dispatch for orders received before 1:00pm on a normal business day only when Express Priority freight option is selected.** If Regular Delivery option is selected your order normally will be dispatched within 24-48 hours after placing your order.

We endeavor to carry all standard advertised items in stock, however if there are stock shortfalls preventing immediate dispatch of your order, we will contact you if there will be any extended delays to advise and offer options.

Our default couriers are TNT Express/Fedex and Australia Post. Once your order is consigned you should receive tracking details via email throughout the journey of your order to its destination. If you do not receive any notifications within a reasonable time of placing your order please email us at info@barberco.com.au quoting your order number to request a personal update.

2. Express Priority. For orders under $250.00 the following charges will apply:

New Zealand

We ship to all areas in New Zealand. Freight is calculated at checkout and will depend on items purchased.

DHL Express is our chosen freight company. Typically freight times are between 2 – 7 business days depending on your location.

Note we cannot ship dangerous goods such as aerosols and some liquids to New Zealand. It is not cost effective to freight furniture to New Zealand, however we can provide sea freight options on application.

How soon will my order dispatch?

If you order and pay for your order before 1 pm (EST) on a business day and select Express Priority we will dispatch on the same business day, if we are unable to dispatch we will try and let you know ASAP by email. If you require your order by a certain day it is very helpful to us if you put this as a customer note when checking out.

Will I receive notification of my order and receive updates on delivery status?

Once your order is compete you will receive an instant confirmation of your order via email. Please check carefully and advise us of any issues.

You will receive notification once your order is packed and ready for dispatch. From there you should receive several notifications along the journey of your order with the final one being that the order has been delivered. Please advise us immediately if any issues or concerns or you haven’t received any notifications at all since you placed your order. Do I get a discount for ordering in bulk?

Yes! Many of our popular items have bulk discount. When you open up the page if the product has bulk pricing available it will show this and you can click on this to see what deals are available

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay via Visa or Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay or direct deposit. If you select direct deposit you will be emailed an invoice with our bank details on the bottom. If you would like to pay by cash (if picking your parcel up) please select direct deposit as your payment method when checking out.

What is the minimum order quantity?

We don’t have one! If you only want to get a few items just to try us out then you can do that, no problem at all.
